Job Description:

Itos is a young DeFi startup seeking a passionate Community Manager to join our remote marketing team. As a Community Manager at Itos, you will play a crucial role in managing social media channels, fostering customer relations, designing engagement strategies, and more. Previous experience in DeFi is highly welcomed, although a background in finance is not required. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.


  • Manage and moderate our social media channels, including but not limited to Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and Reddit.

  • Foster positive relationships with our community members, responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

  • Plan and execute engaging community initiatives, such as AMAs, competitions, space, and virtual events.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and curate compelling content for social media platforms.

  • Monitor and analyze community sentiment and feedback, providing actionable insights to the team.

  • Identify and engage with key influencers and advocates within the DeFi community.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and developments in the DeFi space.


  • Previous experience within a digital community, preferably in the Web3 space.

  • Deep interest and knowledge in DeFi concepts, protocols, and the broader blockchain ecosystem.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with community members.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms.
